Our client is seeking a driven and commercially astute property professional with a proven track record operating in the prime market. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, handle significant property values, and play a key role in growing market share across one of the Midlands most desirable locations.
The Role
- Leading valuations and securing instructions within the prime market
- Managing high-value sales from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding local market presence
- Representing the brand at a senior level within the community
About You
- Proven experience operating within the prime residential market (essential)
- Strong track record of winning and selling high-value property
- Ideally strong local knowledge of Leamington Spa and surrounding areas
- Alternatively, experience working at the top end of the London market with a desire to relocate
- Polished, credible and confident dealing with discerning clientele
