With over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest, Independent, agencies and the last 20 years has given them invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency. They are currently looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator for their Abbey Wood office. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: * Registering and managing applicants * Carry out viewings * Researching and preparing information for valuations * Take offers from buyers * Sales progression * Feedback to vendors * Support Head of Department * Managing advertisements through the property CRM * Administration Person Specification: * Previous Estate agency Experience * Excellent communications skills * Smart and business-like * Knowledgeable about the area and industry * Punctual * Excellent interpersonal skills * Professional and Positive attitude * Self-motivated * Good computer skills * Reliable and trustworthy Hours of work will ideally be: * Tues/Wed/Thurs 8.45am – 6pm Package on offer * Salary £14,000 – £16,000 depending on experience * Commission Structure
