They are currently looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator for their Abbey Wood office. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: * Registering and managing applicants * Carry out viewings * Researching and preparing information for valuations * Take offers from buyers * Sales progression * Feedback to vendors * Support Head of Department * Managing advertisements through the property CRM * Administration Person Specification: * Previous Estate agency Experience * Excellent communications skills * Smart and business-like * Knowledgeable about the area and industry * Punctual * Excellent interpersonal skills * Professional and Positive attitude * Self-motivated * Good computer skills * Reliable and trustworthy Hours of work will ideally be: * Tues/Wed/Thurs 8.45am – 6pm Package on offer * Salary £14,000 – £16,000 depending on experience * Commission Structure
