Our client is a multi-office firm with offices throughout Kent and South-East London established 25 years ago, they are a recognised and respected brand offering a first class service. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager / Team Leader for their Rainham office.
The desired candidate will be running a team of at least 3 property managers. They are looking for someone with knowledge of all things Property management as well as how to run a team and direct the day-to-day operations for the team. The ideal candidate should be very process driven, possess leadership qualities, and have strategic thinking.
The four main areas that fall under this Property Manager role include:
- End of Lease
- Maintenance
- Property Visits
- Compliance
