We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an award-winning independent Estate Agency in Upminster.
Duties of the Lettings Negotiator will include:
- Undertaking rental valuations and negotiating with landlords to secure instructions to market.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
- Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
Ideal Lettings Negotiator Candidate:
- Previous Lettings Negotiator experience.
- Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic and competitive.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
- IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn bespoke ‘in house’ software packages without issue.
- Full UK driving license.
- A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
Salary & Benefits
Basic pay circa £21,000p/a - £25,000p/a, dependant on existing industry experience, including company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses and other financial incentives, collectively offering a realistic OTE up to £33,000p/a. Hours of Work
Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week. Our branch opening hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.
