VACANCY: Sales Negotiator LOCATION: Brentwood SALARY: OTE £45k We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a well established Estate Agency in their Brentwood based agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves liaising with clients, showcasing properties, and facilitating the sales process. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: * Registering and managing applicants * Carry out viewings * Researching and preparing information for valuations * Negotiate offers * Sales progression * Feedback to vendors * Managing advertisements through the property CRM * Administration Person Specification: * Essential previous Estate Agency experience * Excellent communications skills * Smart and business-like * Knowledgeable about the area and industry * Punctual * Excellent interpersonal skills * Professional and Positive attitude * Self-motivated * Good computer skills * Reliable and trustworthy Experience Required: MUST have previous Estate Agency experience MUST drive and have own car We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
