Sales Negotiator Benfleet, Essex Are you a Sales Negotiator who is looking for something a bit different? This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estate agency experience and a track record in selling property, who is looking to take the next step towards becoming a full Valuer. My client an independent Estate Agency are looking for an someone to join their busy team as a Property Client Relationship Executive. This is a proactive-face to face role where you’ll combine lead generation, valuations, and relationship building to win new business and secure property instructions. What You’ll Be Doing * Identifying and contacting prospective clients (landlords and vendors). * Booking and attending valuations with a focus on converting to instructions. * Running targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business. * Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including past vendors and landlords. * Acting as a visible brand ambassador for the company. Ideal candidate requirements: * Experience in residential property sales (essential). * Some valuation experience, with confidence attending and supporting property valuations. (not essential) * A proven track record of winning instructions and selling property. * Organised, consistent, and highly motivated. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Sales-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working with data/CRM systems.
