They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about business development, sales, and building meaningful relationships with tenants relocating to London and/or looking for all-inclusive stays. Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing tenants’ extensions and contract renewals, as well as assist Sales team with B2C lead management as required.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Expand the company's footprint in the residential, flexible living, and hotel asset sectors by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Cold Outreach and Tenant Acquisition: Conduct cold outreach to potential tenants, effectively pitching accommodation and community services to convert prospects into tenants.
- Manage Booking Enquiries: Efficiently handle mid and long-term platform booking enquiries, ensuring they are promptly added to the CRM & PMS once confirmed.
- Sales Funnel Oversight: Oversee the entire sales funnel process from start to finish, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Management: Utilise Pipedrive CRM to manage sales pipelines, keeping accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and tenant details.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing tenants, ensuring their pre-sales accommodation needs are met. Explore opportunities to up-sell services and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals, ensuring a seamless tenant experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the residential and flexible living sectors.
- Networking and Promotion: Attend networking events to attract prospective tenants and promote the company services.
- Tenant Feedback: Collect and analyse tenant feedback to continuously improve services and accommodation offerings.
- Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts and agreements with tenants, ensuring all terms are met.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, booking status, and tenant feedback for senior management.
- Previous Sale/Lettings experience is essential
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM systems; experience with Pipedrive CRM is a bonus.
