This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a well-known upmarket branch in the Ipswich area as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, with a basic salary of around £28-32,000 plus commission and an OTE of around £50,000 plus a car allowance.
Our client is a well-known upmarket property agent with a great reputation in the local area. They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is driven and ambitious to join and develop their office. The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner, ideally already working in the industry as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer with a great track record in property sales and instructions.
They are looking for an exciting and dynamic candidate with good local market knowledge and ideally some experience of working in the local area. You should also ideally have some upper-end experience as this position will be dealing with all ends of the market. You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature who can provide a superior service to the clients.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career within the property sector while delivering outstanding service to clients.
Basic salary in the region of £28-32,000 with on-target earnings in the region of £50,000 and a car allowance. Working hours are 9 – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays 9-1, which are great working hours for Estate Agency.
