Are you a natural communicator with a flair for property Sales? Our client are looking for a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team at their Rayleigh Office. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be at the heart of property transactions - connecting people with their dream homes, securing deals, and building lasting relationships.
The role as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Identify potential buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries by email, face to face and telephone
- Arranging and carrying out viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers
- Negotiating offers and securing successful sales
- Undertaking Valuations and securing new instructions
- Managing listings, marketing campaigns and client communication
- Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
