Our client is a well-established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Finance Property Management Manager to join the property management team in South Woodford.
Responsibilities:
- Chase Current Rent Arrears - Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
- Chase Historic Rent Arrears - Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
- Banking - Putting Rents on the system daily
- Bank Reconciliation
- Rent Payments
- Rent Guarantee Payment - twice a month only - batch payment.
- Any ad-hoc duties given
Candidate requirements:
- Previous Property/Accounts Management experience
- Credit control and accounts background
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Work well within a team environment
