Are you an energetic and driven Lettings Negotiator looking for an exciting opportunity? If so we would like to hear from you! Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office.

As a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face
  • Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information
  • Organising and carrying out property viewings
  • Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service
  • Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms
  • Keep up to date with current legislation
  • Any ad-hoc duties that may arise

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous Lettings experience
