I'm working with a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand operating across Europe and the US who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Sage Intacct across their group. As the Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will be the central point of coordination between finance, technology, operations and external delivery partners, owning the Sage Intacct programme from planning and governance through to go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Sage Intacct implementation including project planning, governance, scope control and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across finance, technology, operations and third-party partners.
  • Own cutover planning, UAT, training coordination, go-live support and post-launch stabilisation.
  • Partner with finance leadership to redesign and standardise core processes including general ledger, AP, AR and group reporting.
  • Lead change management activity including communications, stakeholder alignment and capability building.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for finance and operational users across the group.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering Sage Intacct implementations and leading wider finance transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting including month-end and group consolidation.
  • Demonstrable experience managing third-party implementation partners, data migration and testing cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently at senior level.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity, hospitality, leisure or similarly complex operational environment is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels.
