- Required Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of total professional experience in project delivery, product implementation, or technology consulting, with strong exposure to insurance platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on
INSTANDA projects, including active involvement in platform configuration, implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end INSTANDA implementations across one or more insurance product lines, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
- Strong hands-on expertise in
INSTANDA configuration , including
- Product setup and structure
- Question sets and journeys
- Rating tables and pricing logic
- Underwriting rules
- Document generation and templates
- Workflow and business rule configuration
- Portals and customer/broker journeys
- Solid understanding of insurance domain processes , such as quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing workflows.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configurable solutions within the INSTANDA platform.
- Strong knowledge of integration concepts and experience working with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and third-party system integrations such as policy administration, payments, CRM, claims, and document systems.
- Hands-on experience managing environment coordination , release planning, deployment support, UAT, defect management, and production rollout for INSTANDA-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business stakeholders, underwriters, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to drive successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum and experience working in sprint-based delivery models using tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and Confluence.
- Experience in data mapping, solution validation, test scenario definition, and support for SIT/UAT phases in insurance transformation programs.
- Ability to identify risks, resolve delivery blockers, and ensure platform best practices are followed across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage both business and technical conversations effectively.
- Prior experience in commercial insurance, personal lines, specialty insurance, or life and health insurance implementations is highly preferred.
- Exposure to other insurance platforms, digital distribution systems, or low-code/no-code insurance platforms is an added advantage.
