As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in various stages of application development process to design, build, test and release solutions using Murex application APIs which will be used by the equity, commodities, IRD and FX Cash trading desks as well as the market risk and finance departments. You will define the problem, propose, and refine the solution. You will be extensively involved in development, configuration, and deployment of Murex Datamart components using various Murex APIs. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Core Skills:
- Knowledge about requirement lifecycle management in Agile with expert knowledge in agile tools and conducting agile ceremonies.
- Requirement/Business Process Modelling and related tools and experience in implementing Process Improvements.
- Analysis of Business Requirement documents and creation of technical design documents.
- Extensive development experience with configuring various DataMart components like Datamart Management, Datamart extractions, Batches of Datamart extractions, Datamart feeders, Batches of Datamart feeders, processing scripts, Dynamic tables, reporting tables, labels etc.
- Strong SQL skills and exposure to Unix skills.
- Working experience on CI/CD related tools.
- Delivering optimization and process improvements.
- Strong team player skills and taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience on equity, commodities, IRD and FX Cash Asset classes.
- Experience in working in a fast pace high pressure environment.
Preferred:
- Good understanding of various tables and schemas on Murex financial DB and Murex Datamart.
- Good understanding of Datamart configuration components used for performance improvements.
