Responsibilities
- Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
- Create workarounds which can be applied by junior team members
- Perform Change management, Planning, Coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
- Responsible for CSIP, Automation of manual jobs/activities
- Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
- Perform capacity management activities
- Perform Disaster Recovery activities, failover testing
