Qualifications

  • 10 years experience in Application support/maintenance in Telecom domain
  • Good understanding of ITIL process & Experience of leading a team
  • Good knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP and Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of Java and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Hands-on Experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication Skill
  • Understanding and L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domain (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate)

Responsibilities

  • Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
  • Create work arounds which can be applied by junior team members
  • Perform Change management, Planning, Coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
  • Responsible for CSIP, Automation of manual jobs/activities
  • Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
  • Perform capacity management activities
  • Perform Disaster Recovery activities, failover testing
