Detailed Job Description
- As an onsite QA Lead, work closely with Client Business and project team in understanding application requirements and QA requirements
- Estimate the amount of work, plan it and complete it with the help of the offshore team
- Discuss with client technical team in automation initiatives
- Implement AI initiatives across QA lifecycle with the help of client available tool set
- Have a good understanding of Salesforce application
- Guide/mentor offshore team
- Send daily/weekly/monthly status reports to client
- Highlight any risks, challenges with mitigation plan
- Assist offshore team in test automation and implement AI use cases
- Experience or knowledge in Copado tool or Playwright automation is preferable
