Role Title: Workday Financials Consultant
Location: London, UK (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)
Contract: Inside IR35
Minimum Experience: 5+ years
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday Financials experience.
- Strong finance and accounting background with hands-on subledger and GL experience.
- Advanced dashboard development and reporting expertise in Workday.
- Extensive experience with Accounting Center dashboards and reporting, including building insights that support financial operations and leadership decision-making.
- Skilled in bringing external subledgers into Workday, ensuring proper data ingestion, transformation, and accurate posting to the General Ledger.
- Proven ability to design solutions that improve reconciliation, transparency, and end-to-end accounting data lineage.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and business processes, enabling effective collaboration with business partners to define requirements and deliver meaningful, actionable solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations that enhance reporting, compliance, and financial accuracy.
