We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programs, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements. The role requires strong leadership, SAP domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments. The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across predictive, Agile, or hybrid models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
- Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security.
- Oversee onshore–offshore delivery models and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live support.
- Control project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Initiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers.
- Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plans.
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plans.
- Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics.
