Job Description
- 10+ years of experience in Mar Tech, Customer Data Platforms, and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) solutions.
- Strong expertise in RTCDP, AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Identity Service, XDM Schemas, and Data Governance.
- Experience in customer profile unification, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and omnichannel activation.
- Lead solution architecture, integrations, delivery teams, and stakeholder engagements for enterprise‑scale implementations.
- Adobe RTCDP/AEP certifications and experience in data privacy, consent management, and customer data strategy are highly preferred.
- Should be forward‑thinking and proactive
- Comfortable shaping data models, journeys and operating approaches
- Able to advise and guide, not just work from a backlog or “take tickets”
- Supports Premier League ownership and control
