We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to users via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, Mac, printers, etc.)
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
