Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide support for Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN connectivity.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Log all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Maintain and update documentation of known issues and solutions.
- Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform user account administration (password resets, account creations) in Active Directory and other systems.
- Support remote users using remote desktop tools and VPN.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the IT support function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user account management.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
