Role: Helpdesk Technician Location: London, UK Job type: Onsite Inside IR35 Position Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Specialist with expertise in MacOS and JAMF to join our IT support team. TThis role will require strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of MacOS environments, and hands-on experience with JAMF. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for MacOS-based systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and user account problems. Utilize JAMF to manage, deploy, and maintain macOS devices across the organization. Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner. Configure, install, and troubleshoot software and hardware for end-users. Provide guidance and training to users on MacOS-related issues and best practices.
