We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with Avaloq experience to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and documenting test activities for Avaloq-based banking applications. The role requires strong knowledge of banking processes, software testing methodologies, and Avaloq functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements for Avaloq banking solutions.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Validate Avaloq parameterization, interfaces, and custom developments.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and test execution reporting.
- Support release testing and production validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, quality standards, and testing best practices.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- Hands‑on experience with Avaloq Core Banking Platform.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including: Payments, Securities, Wealth Management, Client Lifecycle Management, Core Banking Processes.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
