We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Wealth Management domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and wealth management products, including portfolio management, investment advisory, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes related to wealth management operations.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives and regulatory changes.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking domain.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
