Lead end-to-end architecture across CAB’s RTL & Payments Transformation, ensuring cohesive design across Payments, Reconciliation, Onboarding/KYC, Cash Management, Operations Monitoring, and Billing within an event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture and HLD across all workstreams
  • Define and govern event-driven architecture patterns (Kafka/event streaming, async processing)
  • Manage cross-domain dependencies and ensure integration consistency
  • Provide architecture governance, design approvals, and CAB stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with Integration Architect, Data Architect, and offshore Solution Architects
  • Ensure solutions meet NFRs – scalability, resilience, security, regulatory compliance
  • Lead design workshops, vendor reviews, and architecture boards
  • Maintain architecture roadmap and technical debt management

Experience Required

  • 10–15 years total experience, with 5+ years as Solution Architect
  • Proven experience in large banking / financial services transformation programs
  • Strong exposure to multiple domains: Payments, KYC, Billing, Treasury, Operations
  • Experience working in onshore leadership roles with offshore delivery teams

Technical & Domain Skills

  • Strong experience in event-driven architecture (Kafka, event bus, streaming platforms)
  • Expertise in microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS)
  • Understanding of payment ecosystems (SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, ISO 20022)
  • Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics), billing, transaction monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
