Contract: Initial 3 Months (Highly Extendable up to 12+ Months)

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management Lead to establish and govern enterprise-wide Configuration Management processes and CMDB strategy. The role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of Configuration Items (CIs), IT assets, service mapping, and ITSM integrations across complex hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement Configuration Management strategy, policies, and governance.
  • Own and manage CMDB data quality, accuracy, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive service mapping, dependency mapping, and asset management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management teams.
  • Lead CMDB integrations with discovery, monitoring, cloud, and security tools.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, compliance reports, and audit controls.
  • Act as the SME for Configuration Management and CMDB best practices.
