Responsibilities:
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience using the Endur product.
- Endur L2 with techno-functional type experience, preferably Front and Middle office experience.
- In-depth functional understanding of the Endur product with preferably Gas, Power or LNG market experience.
- Proven experience of 1st/2nd Line support along with a thirst for growing in this space, and able to demonstrate taking a problem through to resolution.
- Working directly with users (in office and remotely) to understand and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining business relationships. Collaborating with business management/trading desks on matters of support, escalation, technical challenges, continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of deal lifecycle processes.
- Major incident handling experience.
- Utilising experience and bp process to triage and prioritise issues and tickets.
- Excellent communication skills and experience gained in a commercial environment.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience in AWS platform and technologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for work item management.
- Experience of the ITRS Geneos platform/application.
- Experience of using and developing APM.
