What you’ll do You will own the transformation partnership from vision to value - shaping strategy, winning belief, enabling execution, and embedding repeatable excellence.
As an embedded leader within the customer’s transformation programme, you will bridge commercial ambition with delivery implementation, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and remove obstacles to momentum.
You will also develop and scale our transformation IP, methodologies, and standard procedures across our customer base to elevate quality and unlock consistent success!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transformation and the partnership from start to finish - from initial pre-sales planning through delivery, adoption, and value realisation.
- Connect commercial goals and delivery efforts, ensuring the vision sold is the vision delivered.
- Develop strong, industry-relevant points of view and convert them into executable transformation roadmaps and success plans.
- Secure and sustain C-suite confidence, building trusted advisor relationships grounded in clarity, insight, and strategic mentorship.
