We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support / Desktop Support / Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
  • Assist users with software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk technician roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools and software. Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and printer support.
  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and effectively.
