Ampstek is seeking a hands-on L1.5/L2 Desktop Engineer in St Helier, Jersey for onsite work. The role bridges frontline service desk support with advanced system administration, including desktop engineering, deployment, VDI support, and executive/VIP assistance.
Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents, maintaining a knowledge base, and provisioning Windows 11 devices using Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM. Travel to other Jersey sites is expected as needed.
