- 10+ years of ERP technical delivery experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Strong expertise in D365 F&O architecture, X++, integrations, data entities, reporting, security, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Open AI, and AI-driven ERP solutions.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, source control, CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment administration, and production support.
- Ability to create solution architectures, technical designs, integration specifications, migration plans, and deployment documentation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, estimation, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance & Operations, Azure, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-country D365 implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Willingness to work in a global onsite-offshore delivery model and travel as required.
