We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in UK Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, configuration, and statutory compliance within SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HCM modules with focus on UK Payroll
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing (schema, PCR, RT, payroll configuration)
  • Ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements including HMRC, RTI, FPS, EPS, Tax, NI, Pensions, Court Orders, Year-End
  • Handle production support, incident resolution, and system enhancements
  • Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
  • Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
  • Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP developers
  • Support integrations (FI, Time Management, SuccessFactors if applicable)
  • Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (UK)
  • Hands-on expertise in Payroll schemas & PCRs
  • Knowledge of UK statutory payroll processes
  • Experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management)
  • Integration knowledge (FI / SuccessFactors is a plus)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
