\n - 8+ years of project/program management experience.
\n - 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, AJO, CJA, or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
\n - \n Key Responsibilities
\n - Lead end-to-end AEP implementation and rollout projects.
\n - Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.
\n - Coordinate with architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders.
\n - Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery governance.
\n - Ensure successful implementation of AEP, RTCDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
\n - Track project milestones, resource allocation, and commercial governance.
\n - Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder communication.
\n - Manage program reporting, RAID logs, status updates, and executive reviews.
\n - Ensure quality delivery and successful go-live activities.
