Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and effective visualizations.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and end users to define KPIs and data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance across BI platforms.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
  • Provide training and documentation to users on Tableau reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.
  • Solid understanding of SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
