Inside IR35 Contract
We have a demand for a Senior Business Analyst to work on the Offset Mortgage Redesign Project. Their specific piece of work will be mapping the βas isβ processes and then identifying improvements to the business processes, ideally by applying the Lean Six Sigma process improvement approach. Work with the Customer Journey team to analyse the current customer journey identifying where the process improvements can be made to optimise the customer journey, enhancing customer experience and removing pain points.
Required skills and experience:
- Ability to Independently work as the only Senior Business Analyst on a piece of work.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and being able to progress analysis work without having all the details clarified.
- Experience of the waterfall software development lifecycle.
- Working in a regulated environment, ideally in financial services.
- Ability to hit the ground running on an in-flight project which is moving at pace, by quickly getting up to speed and delivering with minimal support and disruption to project timelines.
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working on a financial services treasury management system or treasury project.
- Lean Six Sigma belt or BCS or IIBA Business Analysis qualification.
