Qualifications
- 10 years experience in Application support/maintenance in Telecom domain
- Good understanding of ITIL process & experience of leading a team
- Good knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Java and willing to learn new technologies
- Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills
- Understanding and L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domain (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate)
Responsibilities
- Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
- Create workarounds which can be applied by junior team members
- Perform change management, planning, coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
- Responsible for CSIP, automation of manual jobs/activities
- Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
- Perform capacity management activities
- Perform disaster recovery activities, failover testing
