We are hiring a Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager to lead implementations across our most strategic clients in the UK and US, ensuring exceptional delivery execution, governance, and client satisfaction.
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager is a client-facing, programme-critical role, responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Agentic AI deployments. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Sales, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to scope, and focused on tangible business outcomes.
This role requires someone comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex enterprise environments, and orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams. Experience delivering AI, automation, or Agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.
You must have the flexibility to support clients across UK and US Eastern time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead delivery of Agentic AI deployments across multiple strategic clients.
- Own project plans, timelines, scope, delivery governance, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine requirements and scope.
- Coordinate with Engineering to manage development cycles, testing, and readiness.
- Partner with Sales & Pre-Sales to ensure smooth transitions from contract to delivery.
- Manage UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment optimisation.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary delivery counterpart for UK & US East Coast clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, SMEs, and technology teams.
- Facilitate weekly delivery calls, steering committees, and roadmap sessions.
- Communicate proactively and transparently on status, risks, and next steps.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand dependencies, ownership, and timelines.
3. Governance, Reporting & Controls
- Establish structured delivery governance frameworks across all engagements.
- Provide weekly status updates, KPI reporting, and value realisation insights.
- Maintain documentation, risk logs, RAID registers, and dependency maps.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational controls.
4. Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify risks early, lead mitigation planning, and escalate appropriately.
- Manage change control processes with internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous alignment between business expectations and technical outputs.
5. Strategic Contribution & Programme Expansion
- Support AI roadmap development and expansion opportunities within accounts.
- Lead ideation and prioritisation sessions with clients.
- Identify new areas where Agentic AI can create measurable value.
- Contribute to internal delivery playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- 5+ years in delivery management, engagement management, or enterprise project leadership.
- Proven experience delivering technology projects in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Business Analysts, Sales teams, and Engineering.
- Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Ability to support clients across UK and US East Coast time zones.
- Experience with delivery governance, structured project management, and risk handling.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
Highly Desirable
- Experience delivering AI, automation, machine learning, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI workflows, reasoning models, or automated digital worker deployments.
- Familiarity with enterprise operations in financial services, transport, or real estate.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum / Kanban).
