As a Community Support Worker at Amplius, youll work alongside customers experiencing homelessness, helping them build confidence, develop life skills and move towards a stable, independent life.

Permanent, full-time6-month fixed term contract, full timePermanent, part-time (18.5 hours per week)Relief / reserveSalary:£28,040.46 per year (pro rata for part-time)£13.45 per hour for relief roleHours: Full-time roles are 37 hours per week Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 10pm on a rolling rota.
Hours for part-time and relief roles will vary depending on the contract.
The relief roles may be based at either Wisbech or at schemes in Peterborough.

Work as a key worker, developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments with customers.
Help customers manage their tenancy, including rent, utilities, repairs and maintaining their home.
Build positive relationships and encourage wellbeing, social inclusion and community involvement.
Work with partner agencies to coordinate effective support and help customers achieve their goals.
Keep accurate records, reports and support plans, monitoring progress and outcomes.
Promote safeguarding, health and safety and equality, while managing risks appropriately.
What were looking forGCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, alongside good IT skills. Experience providing person-centred support in housing, homelessness or a similar setting.
An understanding of safeguarding, wellbeing and the challenges faced by people with different support needs.
