Join our Estates team and play a key role in maintaining the outdoor spaces our residents use every day. As an Estates Maintenance Operative at Amplius, you'll carry out a range of grounds and estate maintenance tasks, helping to create attractive, well-kept neighbourhoods and delivering a visible service that makes a real difference to our communities.

The basics:

  • £27,039.60 per year
  • Permanent, full time
  • Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 7.30am to 3.30pm & Fri 7.30am to 2.15pm
  • Milton Keynes and surrounding areas

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining communal gardens, landscaped areas and green spaces across our estates
  • Carrying out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, litter picking and general grounds maintenance
  • Applying weed, moss and algae treatments where required
  • Helping to keep estates safe and tidy by reporting issues such as fly tipping, abandoned vehicles and landscaping concerns
  • Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
  • Recording completed work and using mobile technology to update jobs and records

Have proven experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or a similar role. Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons. Take pride in delivering high-quality work. Can work independently and manage your workload effectively. Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues. Understand the importance of health and safety.

Important: You must have a full UK driving licence, be able to clear a DBS check, and have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
