You can read about our fantastic colleague benefits here - Amplius colleague benefits Snapshot of your role Lead and support the team to monitor contractor performance, ensuring quality, timeliness and value, and address any underperformance promptly. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all contract administration and reporting data, continually improving auditing and reporting processes. Extract and analyse data from core systems to support contract management and informed decision-making. Support budget forecasting, monitoring and control, recommending remedial action where needed. Ensure services meet customer and stakeholder expectations, with clear communication and timely responses to enquiries and escalations. Oversee sensitive and robust complaint handling, using feedback to drive continuous improvement. Promote collaborative working across teams while ensuring health, safety and risk management requirements are met. Lead by example to manage team performance, uphold consistent standards and represent Amplius with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll need to thrive in this role Experience working as an Area Repairs Manager or similar role. Level 4 QCF recognised housing management qualification, or willingness to work towards this. Strong knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance, with a commitment to the values and objectives of Amplius. Proven ability to lead, develop and engage remote teams, inspiring confidence, trust and high performance. Experience managing performance issues, implementing improvement plans and leading change effectively. Skilled in analysing operational data, managing budgets and resources, and identifying risks and opportunities to improve service delivery. Good understanding of health and safety, risk compliance, and balancing customer empathy with operational demands. Important - DBS clearance, full UK drivers licence, access to your own vehicle, and right to work in the UK are essential requirements. We do not provide sponsorship.
