You will manage tenancies, handle complex neighbourhood issues, and work to minimise voids while supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
You will conduct pre-tenancy interviews, monitor estate standards, and build relationships with local authorities and partners, while keeping accurate GDPR-compliant records and meeting performance targets.
