As a Business Analyst at Amplius, you will support the successful delivery of projects and programmes by delivering business analysis activities. This includes gathering and managing requirements, engaging stakeholders, supporting benefits realisation, and ensuring solutions align with business needs and strategic goals.
Contract: Permanent. Full Time.
Your week: (Mon – Fri) Location: Hybrid – weekly presence required in Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Rushden or Boston office
What you will be doing:
- You will support business cases and feasibility work to help teams understand options and expected benefits.
- You will gather and refine requirements through workshops, interviews and reviewing existing information.
- You will map processes and data flows, helping teams visualise how things work today and what needs to change.
- You will turn requirements into clear documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
- You will work closely with project, technical and testing teams on transformation projects.
- You will support benefits tracking, change impact assessments and reviews after projects go live.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with experience working as a Business Analyst in project or transformation environments or Business Analysis qualification.
- Experience with process modelling and visualisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems and explain things clearly to different audiences.
- Confidence working with stakeholders, running workshops and producing clear, accurate documentation.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to manage several priorities and meet deadlines.
DBS clearance may be required for this role.
