Amplius is seeking an Assistive Technology Team Leader to guide a dedicated team delivering person-centred services that promote customer independence, safety and wellbeing.
The role is permanent, full time, 36.25 hours weekly, with a hybrid setup and weekly presence in Rushden or Peterborough.
You will oversee team delivery, coaching, performance management and safeguarding while driving service improvements and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
