Amplius is seeking a Housing Officer to work in the community on a hybrid basis (Rushden or Peterborough). You will manage tenancies, handle complex neighbourhood issues and support re-letting to maintain high standards. You will also conduct pre-tenancy interviews and help customers sustain their homes.
You will build relationships with authorities and partners, monitor estates for safety and GDPR compliance, and manage your own workload while meeting performance targets.
