As Community Investment Manager - Healthy Places Partnerships at Amplius, you’ll lead projects that bring housing, health and community organisations together.
You’ll build strong partnerships, secure funding and deliver practical programmes that improve health and reduce inequalities across our communities.
- Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm
- Location: Hybrid - weekly office presence in Milton Keynes, Rushden or Peterborough

- Snapshot of your role
- Lead health and wellbeing programmes and partnerships across Amplius communities.
- Build strong partnerships with Public Health, local authorities and community organisations.
- Use data, customer insight and local information to identify health needs and shape programmes.
- Secure external funding and manage funded and commissioned projects.
- Track and report on programme performance, outcomes, impact and value for money.
- Lead, support and develop Community Investment / Healthy Places colleagues.
- Manage budgets, resources, risks and governance, keeping senior leaders and stakeholders updated.
- What we’re looking for
- Degree, relevant qualification or equivalent senior-level experience.
- Experience leading complex programmes and working with multiple partners.
- Experience working with Public Health teams or Integrated Care Boards.
- Experience building partnerships across health, housing, local government or voluntary sectors.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience securing and managing external funding or commissioned services.
- Understanding of health inequalities, prevention and housing’s impact on health.
- Strong planning, analysis, programme management and influencing skills.
