Join Amplius as a Contract Performance Manager, where you'll oversee planned works contracts from mobilisation to completion. Working with contractors, colleagues, and customers, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality homes while driving strong performance, compliance, value for money, and continuous improvement.
Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden, or Peterborough office.
Snapshot of your role:
- Manage planned works contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Support procurement activities, including tender development, contractor selection, and contract mobilisation.
- Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, taking action to address any issues.
- Manage contract risks, variations, defects, disputes.
