Contract: Permanent
Your week: 36.25 (Mon - Fri 9-5.15pm, 1 hr lunch break)
Location: Hybrid with 1 day a fortnight travel to any of the offices: Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Boston, Rushden (may increase, subject to business requirements)
Snapshot of your role:
- Produce asset appraisals by analysing business data to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather both qualitative and quantitative insight throughout the appraisal process.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to maximise property performance, supported by training on systems, data and strategy.
- Analyse cost trends, benchmarking and asset performance to inform delivery expectations and long-term investment decisions.
- Support portfolio management through accurate reporting, KPIs, forecasts, cost monitoring and scheme feasibility work.
- Maintain and improve systems, data accuracy and appraisal processes to drive better outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- GCSE passes in English and Maths.
- Strong Excel skills with confidence analysing and reporting data.
- Experience or interest in property, asset management, portfolio analysis or project-based roles.
- Highly analytical, detail-focused and accurate, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator who can explain complex information effectively.
- Proactive, values-driven self-starter with good IT skills and a commitment to continuous development.
- Previous experience in a Social Housing Portfolio Background is desirable.
Ability to drive and a full UK driving license are essential for this role.
