Amplius in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, is seeking a housing-related support worker.

You will provide tailored support to help customers maintain independence, acting as a key worker and developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments.

You will help customers manage tenancy tasks, build community links, coordinate with agencies, and maintain accurate records.
