Salary: £25,707 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday)
Location: Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out mowing, hedge cutting, pruning, and weed control in communal areas.
- Maintain and upkeep tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient use.
- Identify and report any issues or concerns within communal areas.
- Keep accurate daily records of completed tasks and report via an electronic tablet.
- Ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard using a range of grounds maintenance skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in general grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and pruning in a commercial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a customer-focused service.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Skilled and competent in all aspects of grounds maintenance work.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Capable of completing daily administrative tasks and using tablets for remote working.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including employer and employee obligations.
A full UK driving license is essential for this role. DBS clearance is required for this role (we will conduct this check at offer stage.) Important - We do not provide visa sponsorship; you must be eligible to work in the UK. You must reside in the UK for the duration of your employment and be able to provide Right to Work evidence.
